Briol is a place of retreat and wellbeing, situated at 1310mt above the sea level this place is the very essence of tranquillity and nature. Even the car traffic stays below in the valley. This special place can be reached either on foot or by off-road taxi.
This will be an opportunity to completely immerse yourself in nature and switch off . There will be
adventures in nature, dip in waterfalls, hikes, hot saunas, nurturing and delicious food, and a lot of Yoga .

Join Claudio and his partner Candy Alderson in the incredible volcanic island of Ischia off the coast of Napoli, South Italy. Home to some of the best natural hot springs, renowned for their healing and therapeutic affects on the body.
The retreat venue Ischia Sant'Angelo sits overlooking the surrounding bay area, with 4 natural thermal pools and a roman stone sauna for you to indulge in.
Two full yoga practices a day, beginning with a dynamic and energising morning practice. The afternoon focuses more on relaxation, meditation and pranayama. With two teachers expect lots of attention and guidance. Suitable for all levels.
Organic vegetarian breakfast and dinner
provided, grown locally on the island.
